In Scottsdale, Arizona on June 27th thru the 30th, 2002. Athletes from all over the U.S. representing over a dozen sports came together to share testimonies and bond together in there love for Jesus Christ! Professional wrestling was greatly represented by Sting, Animal & Hawk (Road Warriors), “Big” Bill Anderson, Tully Blanchard, “Superstar” Billy Graham, Ted DiBiase, Terry Taylor, Shawn Michaels, “Big Cat” Ernie Ladd, Dick Danger, Sun Warrior, Mando & Hector Guerrero, Nikita Koloff, and “Mr. Wrestling” Tim Woods. Other prominent athletes attending were Chuck & Aaron Norris, former N.Y. Jet Mark Gasteneau, Rodeo Champion Rope Myers, World Wrist Wrestling Champion Bobby Hopkins, plus other world class athletes!

Athletes International was the brain child of Larry Kerychuk, a former Canadian Football star. This was the 18th annual event. Pastors, ministers, and Bishops from various churches around the U.S. were there to give motivational speeches and have prayer time with the athletes.

It was a fun 4 days in the beautiful resort city of Scottsdale, but more important than that is we all got closer with the Lord! God Bless all that attended! You are in my prayers!
